Judy Nitsch, PE, LEED AP BD+C will share how her engineering and surveying firm grew by 300% two years in a row and then strategically changed its workload mix ... and changed it again during the 2009-10 recession. Judy is a civil engineer turned business developer who managed her first engineering branch office at the age of 25 and began her own firm in 1989. Attendees will come away with ideas and tips to use themselves and to share with others in the firm, to make the firm's business development efforts a team effort that is structured, productive, and fruitful.
