This course will teach you how executives want and expect asset management to work for them.

It will show you how corporate governance works, how asset management systems fit into it and why this matters to our clients. Management systems, in general, exist to control the actions of an organization in accordance with its values and objectives. Asset management systems do this for asset intensive organizations, like our clients. We will show you how this is governed and how you evidence that it works. Stakeholders need to be assured that the asset management system is effective – we show you how.

Putting these management systems in place often means large scale change. We will teach you about change management for asset management improvement programmed, and how risk management fits in.
