With video now making up 82% of all internet traffic and platforms like Google and YouTube prioritizing video in search results, optimizing video content is more important than ever. This session will cover SEO and VSEO strategies, how to conduct keyword research, and techniques for optimizing YouTube videos to rank higher on both Google and YouTube.

1. Attendees will get a basic foundational concept of what SEO is and why it’s so important in digital marketing today.
2. Attendees will also understand how video content is becoming the most important type of content on the internet today and WHY this is.
3. Attendees will learn about what keyword research is and how to conduct keyword research (for beginners) for video content so that videos show up on Google and YouTube.
4. Attendees will learn about ways to optimize a video on YouTube using keywords and SEO best practices in video thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and more to optimize the videos for Google and YouTube search results.
