Description
This session highlights the critical importance of maintaining composure, or "Staying Cool in the Pocket," when navigating difficult conversations and high-stress situations in the workplace. Attendees will explore strategies to effectively manage stress, communicate with clarity, and remain self-aware under pressure. Emphasizing the health, safety, and welfare of workers, the session will provide tools to de-escalate conflicts, foster positive working environments, and ensure that challenging interactions do not compromise worker well-being or overall workplace safety.
