Learning Outcome 1:
Learners will be able to explain the importance of understanding soil properties in the design of bioretention systems.

Learning Outcome 2:
Learners will be able to explain the importance of understanding groundwater conditions in the design of bioretention systems.

Learning Outcome 3:
Learners will be able to determine what soil tests are required for designing bioretention systems.

Learning Outcome 4:
Learners will be able to describe how to design bioretention systems for various soil types, slope conditions, and for storms greater than the water quality event.
