Description

There is a growing trend in non-traditional sports and activities. Thanks to popular television shows, obstacle courses are popping up in public parks and schools throughout the country. This course will explore the physical, emotional, social, and sensory benefits of obstacle layouts. We'll discuss different ways to create obstacle courses that serve users of different ages and abilities.
