Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcome 1:
Learners will be able to explain what PFAS are, how they impact human health and why it is important to mitigate the contamination.

Learning Outcome 2:
Learners will be able to review PFAS regulations and requirements found in the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Clean Water Act and the Toxic Substances Control Act.

Learning Outcome 3:
Learners will be able to explain how building occupants and the public have a legal right to know what chemicals they may be ingesting under the Right-to-Know Act.

Learning Outcome 4:
Learners will be able to analyze the extent of PFAS contamination, identify treatment technologies and options, and discuss future developments of PFAS technology and regulation.
