Outline different social, economic, physical, and political approaches to project delivery, and understand how these impact policy development and implementation.

Describe role that private philanthropy and community support can play in shaping new parks, and how context-sensitive infrastructure projects can help mitigate the negative impact of infrastructure on parks and urban communities.
