Description
-Representatives from the Office of the City Forester for the City and County of Denver will discuss priorities from the municipal end of specifications, including promoting diversity in the urban canopy. Also, a representative from Denver's Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resilience will speak about the city's commitment to Community Forestry and the importance of the urban canopy especially in underserved areas and urban heat zones.
-Jane Beggs-Joles will moderate and also be highlighting the improved landscape plant genetics and how that solves problems in the landscape.
