Learning Outcomes
1. Learn ideas that drive biodiversity that are both beautiful and counterintuitive. How do we embed dead stuff, disruption and man-made structure into our landscapes.
2. Examine how we use materials already onsite or local waste to complicate the new landscape.
3. Explore how we move investment into the people that look after our world and away from the roller coaster of new design without ongoing care?
4. Learn how incorporating natural patterns and processes can lead to landscapes that function ecologically, while fulfilling the practical needs and aesthetic preferences landscape users.
5. Explore a variety of techniques that can provide ‘landscape legibility’ in wild and naturalistic gardens.
