This two-hour training module builds on the learning from ‘module 1 – Introduction to Systems Integration’ and introduces WSP’s Systems Integration framework – SI:D3. In this module we will introduce our framework providing details on how and why it has been developed. Each process within the framework will be introduced with its purpose, inputs and outputs. The learning outcomes from this module will be:
1 What WSP’s System Integration framework is and why it was developed
2 What processes can be used to develop a System Integration strategy
3 What processes can be used to define the System
4 What processes can be used to deliver integration
5 Overview of project examples and what elements of our framework were applied
