Description
This session will be a panel of leaders in disability justice and the outdoor industry, talking through the difference between access and inclusion and how to shift towards goals of inclusion rather than the traditional take on ADA and physical access. We aim to guide attendees through the process of getting started in the work of equity and inclusion in the outdoors by defining methods and sharing lived experience.
