Description
The primary objective of Project Scheduling is to ensure that we fulfill the obligations of the contract within the defined budget and timeline. The schedule facilitates this by identifying milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and deadlines. During project execution the schedule is key to identifying elements that are ahead, behind, and on-schedule, enabling appropriate adjustments to be made.
The Construction Technical Community (TC) will be hosting a webinar session on Thursday, August 5, 2021, on Project Scheduling. Attend the live session to learn more about what project scheduling is, why we schedule, scheduling types and techniques, scheduling best practices, and internal Golder resources available to help with your scheduling needs.
