Develop awareness of the relationship between stormwater planning and related legal issues. The goal of this presentation is to enable community leaders, engineers and stormwater professionals to be aware of the interplay between complex stormwater planning and related legal issues. By becoming aware of these issues, attendees can make more informed choices that will benefit their communities.
