Teaming strategies for effective collaboration

Start Date

End Date

Description
As Massport and DCAMM continue to lead the way with diversity and inclusion goals for their projects it is important to understand the implications of these goals, and the some of the models available. The panel will present some examples of past teaming efforts as well as the relative success of these approaches. It is important when considering a teaming effort to also understand how that collaboration may work on a practical level including what technologies help make it possible. The presentation will include a hands on demonstration of a few collaboration tools that allow Moody Nolan to work seamlessly with 250 employees across 12 offices nationally.
