Learning Outcomes
1. Outline what ‘living infrastructure’ solutions are feasible for harvesting, treating and reusing wastewater, greywater and rainwater including constructed wetlands, aquatic systems and soil-based practices.

2. Review driving forces such as the Living Building Challenge™, LEED Net Zero, Sustainable SITES and others that are advancing Net Zero Water, treatment and reuse in the built environment.

3. Discuss opportunities to bring urban ecology, biophilic design and landscape architecture together around water infrastructure systems.

4. Demonstrate successful projects by reviewing project case studies that range from single building to campus scales.
