Learning Outcomes
1) Examine a series of planting techniques that maximize the successful establishment of landscapes at a variety of scales, and in highly competitive environments (meadows, woodlands, shrublands).
2) Examine overall planting techniques that are unique to herbaceous dominated meadow and grassland landscapes.
3) Examine overall planting techniques that are unique to shrublands and hedgerows.
4) Examine overall planting techniques that are unique to woodlands, both under existing canopy as well as reforestation of open areas.
