Description
This presentation will touch upon three initiatives and trends in Ithaca and Tompkins County that are having a significant impact our community. Scott Whitham will present an overview of downtown residential and mixed-use development in Ithaca. Rick Manning will present the Cayuga Waterfront Trail along Cayuga Lake and the Cayuga Inlet. Andy Zepp will present the work of the Finger Lakes Land Trust in protecting rural lands and water quality throughout the Finger Lakes region. The three presentations will touch upon the use of and role of native plantings in these diverse projects.
