Description
Seed collecting is a great way to get free plants and preserve the genetic diversity of our local flora. Learn when and how to responsibly harvest seeds produced by our native trees, shrubs, and perennials, and the best techniques for storing them. Following a brief lecture, head out to the gardens for some hands-on seed collecting. Take home samples from Mt. Cuba Center to add to your garden.
