Learning Outcomes
Learners will be able to discuss hydrology, soil science and drainage principles, as they impact the management and treatment of stormwater, and they will be able to identify the consequences of storm events.

Learners will be able to identify and describe stormwater best management practices (BMPs), including stormwater management planning, implementing green infrastructure practices, and applying green management techniques.

Learners will be able to discuss typical stormwater challenges and MS4 programs for municipalities and be able to participate in acquiring stormwater permits and be able to comply with procedural requirements.

Learners will be able to describe the local ordinances for pre- and post construction stormwater management plans and requirements for post-construction inspection, maintenance and recordkeeping.
