Description
The Ohio Nursery & Landscape Association has partnered with the Ohio State University (OSU) and Associated Green Industries of NE Ohio (AGI) to offer an educational walkabout that takes a critical look at landscape and turf in the early morning. Tim Malinich, BS. MS., is an OSU Extension Horticulture Educator, who along with other horticulturalists will lead this in-depth discussion of the art and science of scouting, diagnostics and control of landscape pests. The primary instructor for this program is: Tim Malinich, who holds a BS. MS. from OSU. Tim is a Horticulture Educator at the OSU - Lorain County Extension, who specializes in greenhouse production, insect and disease control, propagation.

Learning Outcomes
Participants will:
(1) Gain an understanding of the turf, plants, pests, diseases and landscape design of the site.
