Andrew will run through important business strategies that can benefit any business small or large. He starts the talk with discussing the overhead costs of people, insurance, and software. Second, Andrew will cover subjects relating to payroll and people involved in business, including, in house versus outsourced services, hourly rates for employees, and typical employee positions / titles / salaries. Next, he will cover topics relating to billing and collections. Andrew will discuss billing periods, revenue cycles, cash reserves, business loans, and lines of credit. Last, he will talk about the 2018 tax update and planning opportunities under the tax cuts and jobs act
