Description
Alice Waegel, a retired biology professor, presents both innovative and classic approaches to landscaping with native mosses. Examples from regional gardens show you how to mingle native perennials with mosses; select the best moss species for beauty, color, texture, and ease of maintenance; and create a miniature moss landscape in a container. The class concludes with a tour of the mossy woodland gardens at Mt. Cuba Center.
