1. Learn three strategies for designing for improvement without gentrification. 2. Learn how to determine which strategy or strategies best fit each of your projects and communities. 3. Learn how to explain these strategies to clients, communities and government officials unaccustomed to considering the downsides of Improvement or revitalization. 4. Understand the underlying dynamics of gentrification and thus how to avoid exacerbating the problem.
