• Informing what the Concept Paper Agreement and Working Task Force is with focus on Surface Safety
• Explaining how to educate end user / buyer and what the guidelines are for best practices to help architects make an educated, best value decisions on facility designs for the NCAA.
• Audience will learn statistics related to field failures, causality, and why field testing a priority
