Buchanan, Virginia – Where Main Street Meets the Mountains
Following the flood of 1985, the town of Buchanan was frozen in time, afraid to move forward and crumbling within. After guidance from CDAC at Virginia Tech, the small town is making a huge comeback and the river has once again become a source of pride and economic development.
