This course reviews options for traffic and parking control, both manually-activated and motorized traffic spike systems. Discussions include advantages, key features, safety requirements, and installation information.

Explain the differences between manually-activated spike systems and motorized spike systems, including key features of both.
Describe the options for installation methods, including in-ground/flush mount and surface mount.
Identify safety requirements as well as maintenance and installation guidelines to ensure safety and product warranty.
