Description
A Panel Discussion about one of the most polarizing topics impacting the water quality of South Florida. This 2-part panel discussion will engage with the audience of landscape architects and promote a conversation regarding water quality issues and restoration following un-deniable impacts resulting from a rainy 2017 and coupled with rains from Hurricane Irma. A panel of experts composed of landscape architects, natural resources and stormwater quality experts will engage with the Landscape Architecture Community regarding stormwater at the regional level and the impacts to our local environment and ecosystem. Part two of this discussion will explore key strategies that landscape architects can incorporate stormwater design in to site specific projects and change the conversation through creative design solutions. The conversation will conclude with a 20 minute Q&A for the panel of experts.
