This 6.5 hour lecture covers the differences between discharge categories, including eligible non-stormwater discharges, industrial activities and construction activities, the differences between Tier A municipal stormwater general permits and Tier B municipal stormwater permits, design standards for storm drain inlets, and highway agency and public complex stormwater permits.
