Description
This course discusses the definition and differences between cultivars and clones in the field of horticulture. It gives the pros and cons of these selected plants. It is followed by two popular ornamental plants (flowering crabapples and plums) where the cultivars and clones have been selected to minimize disease and insect problems while emphasizing the beauty and positive attributes of the selections.
