Description
Wild plant expert, nutritionist, and forager Debbie Naha will discuss wild edible plants of Pennsylvania. Program will cover species identification, look-alike plants, sustainable harvesting, and how to safely prepare the wild harvest. Slideshow talk will be followed by an outdoor plant ID walk. Attendees may also taste a “wild” recipe. Discover the feast in your own backyard!
