Description
Come discover the Preserve’s five-acre meadow. See native meadow plant species, including wildflowers and grasses, learn about meadow successional stages, and some of the animals that depend on this habitat. Find out why it is important to plant native species and avoid some popular non-native ornamentals that have escaped from cultivation. Presentation/discussion followed by an outdoor tour.
