Identify the criteria used to determine which type of steel mesh system is best suited for a project.

Describe the fabrication of chain link fabric, expanded metal, and welded wire mesh.

List the factors that determine the appropriate framework post size and spacing, as well as, the causes of increased wind load on fence fabrics.

Name the types of gates, accessories, and fittings available for steel mesh fencing systems.

Use American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards to evaluate and select appropriate materials, coatings, and installation standards for a successful steel mesh fence installation.
