People and organizations make numerous decisions everyday, and whether their missions are successful or not largely depends upon if the right decisions are made. This 2-hour online course is specifically prepared for Architects, Landscape Architects, Engineers, Contractors and other professionals who have a good knowledge of mathematics and science but have yet to learn decision models. The theories and models most relevant to Landscape Architects and Engineers, or to our everyday lives, such as life cycle cost analysis, decision trees, linear programming, decision matrix, statistical simulation and game theory are discussed in detail.
