Description
This 2-hour interactive online course discusses partnering as a construction management commitment between the Owner, the Architect/Engineer, and the Construction Contractor. To achieve a successful project completion you must maximize the effectiveness of each participant's resources. The relationship is based on trust, dedication to a common goal, the dispute resolution process, and an understanding of each other's expectations and values. This course will guide you through the many aspects of partnering such as its historical background, partnering advantages and limitations, and partnering guidelines.
