Description
The session will be a hybrid of panel discussion and audience participation workshop. Current research on best management practices for flexibility at the work place including traditional flexible hours, on/off ramping, teleworking, among other options will be covered. Using the experiential stories of three landscape architects, attendees will identify and start creating solutions to their individual work situations. Those solutions will be collected, organized and shared after the conference to begin the creation of a toolkit of options.
