Description
Since their founding in 1998, Confluence has become one of the largest landscape architecture and planning firms in the Midwest. Principals will give an overview of the firm, its leadership approach, and their strategies behind design-service delivery and client-type diversification. They will also discuss 'Midwest Nice' and the associated challenges.
