Utilizing ALL Aspects of the Landscape for Older Adults' Health & Wellbeing

Description
Senior living communities need to take full advantage of all the resources at their disposal and think outside the box - literally! All too often our thoughts focus on the interior environment of a residence. The outdoor areas of a community are not fully utilized and are considered just curb appeal. However, overlooking the exterior areas means we miss the opportunity to increase programming, improve quality of life, and maintain good health for residents, and also for staff.
