Description
How well does your building fit your tenants? Do your employees need a place to walk or work out? Air, Water, Nourishment, Fitness and other items are measured in the WELL Building Standard. This interactive online course introduces the WELL Building Standard, introducing its overlaps with LEED/Living Building Challenge, each unique "feature", how to certify projects and gain the credential, and most importantly, it applies the "features" as they are learned to a schematic case study of a 13,415sf tenant fit-out to demonstrate new ways of design thinking, programming, and other considerations which WELL certification will impact as it becomes more mainstream.
