Description
Join Kathi Vandel with Light Works, Kate Wimer with Mercer Zimmerman, Dan Kohnen with Structura, and Shannon Gordon Landscape Architect, for a round table panel discussion on site lighting. Attendees will learn the process involved with creating a lighting design from start to finish, get a tour of Structura, and be able to observe several different landscape lighting applications.

This course will provide an overview of who’s who in the process of implementing a lighting design from landscape architect to lighting designer to Manufacturer’s Representative to Lighting Manufacturer. Techniques involved with lighting design and lighting safety will be covered. The course will also discuss the value of site lighting, the importance of mock ups and when it may be appropriate to hire a lighting designer.
