Description
This course will provide an overview of using urban trees as green infrastructure for our cities. Will look at the possibilities that exist to turn stormwater runoff from a hindrance to an opportunity by integrating street tree planting with stormwater management systems. The course will also review how landscape architects can Plan, Provide, and Protect green infrastructure in our cites to create truly sustainable urban landscapes.
