Description
What is CMAR? How should you choose the right construction manager for your project? This interactive online course will provide an overview of at-risk Construction Management (sometimes called CMAR and CM/GC). After reviewing how this system was created in the early 1980s, it will examine some of the key structural, procurement and contractual components of the process. It will also review some of the unique legal issues associated with this process (e.g., liability for value engineering, subcontractor non-performance).
