Description
This 5-hour online course provides a review and discussion of the terms and conditions of design professional agreements with an analysis of risk management concerns including the insurability of contract clauses. Over 20 contract clauses are presented and discussed in a contract guide format with a special focus on AIA Document B-141 and EJCDC 1910-6. After presenting onerous, adverse clauses as examples of language design professionals should avoid, each section offers solutions and alternative language to use.
