Description
The presentation will elaborate on the strategies used in the Tulsa phase 2 design, and will cover the architectural planning of the children’s museum, residential buildings and restaurant, the creek restoration, the public park, and ADA accessibility. Speaker Scott Streeb will discuss how the existing conditions of the site, such as the parkland’s geographical separation from the commercial/mixed-use area, initiated preliminary investigations on extending the landscape to be embedded into the public core. Through precedent projects, Streeb will develop the idea that cities, like Tulsa, can be formed by park landscapes.
